FITNESS BACKGROUND

My journey into the world of fitness began with my own personal transformation. As a teenager I struggled on my own in the gym for a long time, but after finding the right gym and a good coach I finally began to achieve the results I was looking for. This experience sparked a passion for fitness and inspired me to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer so I could help others on their own journey. I have now spent five years working as a Personal Trainer, with four of those years spent in Qatar. In that time I have had the pleasure of helping people from a variety of backgrounds transform themselves and change their lives through the power of fitness.
